THEORY OF IMPATIENCE
Learn to be impatient and be patient to be brave.
A purposive saying once says:
The patient dog eats the fattest bone.
Is true; because being impatient or patient has it's application and implication, merit and demerit, ups and down.
What did I mean?
Patient can save you a cost as well as impatience.
Via-a-vis, impatience can make a victim out of your individual and vice versa.
<experience >|
I was suppose to resume for an X11 intermediate military training in Kaduna on the 16th of January and today is already 22nd Jan.
Within myself , I know that I'm suppose to assume studies at least 23rd Jan. Because of being time conscious as a military personnel.
I actually wanted to go today by road transport; but my instinct directed me to go by air, because this will save me time and money: especially as I'm going to follow through a military aircraft only if I'm patient and have fate.
I just said to myself, I'll try myself and take a risk, ' cos it's more expensive not to take no risk at all. Here is the alternative, following a bus that will take me almost 12 hours to get to my destination, where by I'll pay transport, endangering my wallet in substitute for a maximum of 2 hours journey following the C130 cargo aircraft.
When I saw the merit, I decided to risk patience in lieu to the impatience of going to the park to pick a ticket.
I didn't just risked patience to I began to take some valid steps that would aid me achieve my aim.
Not to advance is to go back.
I advanced; brought my loads to the Tarmac and waited patiently. Without forgetting the risk in taking a flight, I just hoped I was going to touch down safely in order for my wife and my baby not to miss me for ever.
Several discouragements came op like " Aircraft Is Going to a different root Port Harcourt and not Kaduna".
By endurance i waited patiently and after the impatient ones has loosed hope and left, the truth was told that we are going to Kaduna.
See the excitement all over me.
It pays to exercise some little patient .
By the grace of God , I had a safe flight. Glory be unto you oh Almighty Zhe.
So I learned to be impatient and be patient to be brave .
Chakooo!
